On your TV

Your playlist address, Xtream Codes login, favourites, watch history and settings are stored only on your TV. They are never sent to us.

Phone setup and backup

When you set up from your phone, your login is encrypted on the phone and only your TV can decrypt it. It passes through our server encrypted and is deleted within 15 minutes. Backups are encrypted with your code and deleted after 30 days.

Premium

Payments are handled by Stripe. We store your license key, plan, expiry, your Stripe customer id, and for each linked TV a random install id, the TV model and when it last checked the license. We do not see or store card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the payment: stripe.com/privacy.

Technical data

Our servers run on Cloudflare. Your IP address is used for about 10 minutes to limit repeated wrong codes and keys, and is not stored after that.

Your rights

You can remove TVs on the Manage page. To delete your license data or ask what we store, reply to your Stripe receipt email.
